About the Webinar

Can you guess how much money the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) recovered during the 2022 fiscal year from compliance violations alone?

If you answered $1.4 billion, you would be correct!

According to the Department of Labor (DOL), there was $931 million in recoveries from formal compliance enforcement and $514 million in recoveries from informal compliance resolutions, amounting to a grand total of over $1.4 billion.

Needless to say, this is a huge amount of revenue lost to compliance penalties, begging the question:

Why does benefits compliance, or rather noncompliance, consistently result in monumental violation sums?

Because employee benefits are highly regulated, managing benefits plans, within compliance constraints, is no small feat. And, without updated information on ever-changing regulations, that feat can become nothing short of impossible.

Here at Combined, we are committed to helping you stay ahead of new and evolving legislation so that you are equipped with the knowledge and resources to defeat benefits compliance challenges!
